A Roseburg woman was arrested by Roseburg Police after an alleged theft incident early Monday.
An RPD report said at 1:20 a.m. officers responded to a business in the 2600 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard after a caller said that a female had stolen a bottle of wine and left.
41-year old Lacey Mulholland reportedly ran when officers tried to contact her. A short foot pursuit ensued. The suspect ran into the front yard of a nearby residence where she was detained. Mulholland allegedly kicked and tried to bite officers as she was taken into custody.
Mulholland was charged with resisting arrest, second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and for a parole violation. She was held without bail.
