A Winter Weather Advisory above 1,000 feet is in effect through 4:00 a.m. Wednesday for much of southern Oregon.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service said up to 3 inches of snow is possible above 1,000 feet.
The Advisory area includes central Douglas County and its eastern foothills, Josephine and Jackson counties and eastern Curry County
Forecasters said drivers should plan on slippery roads. Travel is strongly discouraged because of dangerous conditions.
