A Winchester man was jailed following an alleged motorcycle DUII incident early Sunday.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 12:30 a.m. a motorcycle crashed in the 500 block of Glenbrook Loop Road in the Riddle area. The 51-year old driver allegedly refused to do sobriety tests. He was arrested and taken to corrections. A Search warrant was obtained for a blood test. The man blew .15 after approximately four hours had passed.
He was charged with DUII and for reckless driving. The rider was released later in the day.
