It was a cold Tuesday morning around the Umpqua Valley with iced up windshields and car doors that were hard to open.
However, it was not quite a record low for the date. Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that the Roseburg Regional Airport got to 33 degrees early Tuesday. The record low for the date was 32 degrees, registered on April 18th in 1964.
Lows are forecast to be in the mid to upper 30s for the next couple of days.
