Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported harassment incident on Tuesday.
An RPD report said shortly after 11:00 a.m. a victim claimed a suspect threw a pair of pliers at her, hitting her in the stomach. This reportedly took place in the 200 block of Southeast Fowler Street. There was video of the incident and the 41-year-old man was arrested without incident.
He was charged with harassment and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $8,750.
