Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of offensive littering on Thursday afternoon.
An RPD report said at 12:40 p.m. the 48-year-old was contacted behind a business in the 800 block of Southeast Stephens Street. There was an abundance of garbage and debris at the site. The man was issued his second city exclusion warning. He was also allegedly found to have a violation amount of methamphetamine on his person which he was cited for.
Bail was set at $1,250. The man was released later in the day.
