Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Sunday.
An RPD report said at 10:15 a.m. the 39-year old was in a physical altercation with a victim at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The man threw rocks at the victim, striking him in the arm. He was charged with harassment and for second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $ 5,000,
