Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive after locating him at his camp.
An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. 29-year-old Skyler Claxton was contacted near the corner of Southeast Douglas Avenue and Southeast Ramp Road. Officers learned that Claxton had a warrant for his arrest. He was also cited due to the conditions at his camp which was located near the water.
Claxton was detained for the warrant and cited for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and prohibited camping. He was detained on $10,000 bail.
