Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive early Wednesday.
An RPD report said just after 1:20 a.m. officers contacted the 43-year old in the 1200 block of West Harvard Avenue. During the contact the man was found to have a felony warrant out of Douglas County Circuit Court. He was taken into custody. Other charges were added. He was detained without bail.
