Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Thursday afternoon.
An RPD report said at 2:45 p.m. the 40-year-old was contacted at a camp along the riverbank in the 500 block of Southeast Spruce Street. The camp was set up after 8:00 a.m., was in a restricted area, was dug into the ground, was attached to trees, and exceeded the allowed 10 feet by 10 feet size.
The woman was released after the citation was issued.
