Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. an officer observed the 41-year old allegedly drinking a beer near the intersection of Southeast Washington Avenue and Southeast Rose Street. Officers contacted the man who poured the beer out. He was cited for the offense and was also given a city exclusion note.
The man was then released.
