Firefighters with the City of Roseburg Fire Department responded to a natural cover fire early Thursday.
Staff Assistant Amy Rice said the fire was south of the Roseburg Regional Airport near the intersection of Northwest Stewart Parkway and Northwest Fairmount Street. It was reported at approximately 3:30 a.m. Rice said the fire was slow moving and was quickly extinguished. It was two-tenths of an acre. The cause of the fire was found to be undetermined by a fire investigator.
