Con-Vey has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by the Oregonian Top Workplaces.
A company release said the list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few.
Energage CEO Eric Rubino said, “Earning a Top Workplaces award as a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees”. Rubino said it means that employees are allowed to have a voice and be heard.
Con-Vey CEO Dave Larecy said, “This achievement speaks volumes about our commitment to fostering a workplace culture that values innovation, collaboration, and the well being of our employees. We are proud to receive this Top Workplace award, and it fuels our passion to continue pushing the boundaries of excellence in all we do”.
