The Roseburg City Council has a busy agenda for its Monday night meeting.

Councilors will receive the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report from auditor Jeff Cooley. The quarterly financial report for the last quarter of 2022 will be given along with a look at the budget calendar for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

Staff with Adapt will have a presentation regarding the services being provided in the downtown area.

The council will consider a resolution authorizing and supporting an application for an Oregon Parks and Recreation Local Government Grant to improve the outdoor tennis courts at Stewart Park.

An Amendment for the Gary Leif Navigation Center Improvement Renovation Project, increasing the guaranteed maximum price of the project by just under $1.2 million will be voted on.

A five-year design and engineering services contract for the distribution main replacement program will be awarded.

A number of other items are on the agenda. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Roseburg City Council Chambers. It can be seen on the city’s Facebook page or viewed later at www.cityofroseburg.org.
