A Cave Junction woman was arrested following an alleged trespass incident in Canyonville early Sunday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at just before 5:00 a.m. law enforcement was asked to help with a woman who was refusing to leave the property of a business in the 100 block of Chief Miwaleta Lane. A caller said the suspect was in the parking lot and was becoming agitated.

The deputy contacted the 42-year and advised her several times that she was trespassed and needed to leave. The woman claimed to be a part-owner in the business and would not leave.

She was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and detained without bail.
