Roseburg Police cited a man Wednesday for the prior theft of cans.
An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. the 54-year-old was contacted at his camp after he was developed as a suspect in an incident on Tuesday. The man allegedly walked onto the victim’s property in the 2800 bloc of Northeast Parker Avenue and stole two bags of cans. The suspect admitted to the theft and was released after being given the citation.
