Roseburg Police cited a woman for second-degree criminal trespass and for depositing trash within one hundred yards of a waterway on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. the 29-year old was contacted on private property in the 1800 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. She had previously been warned of trespass. Additionally, she was responsible for a large amount of trash deposited on the ground near the creek.

She was released after being cited.
