The Umpqua Community College baseball team polished off a sweep of the Clark Penguins on Sunday with a pair of 6-0 wins at Champion Car Wash Field in Roseburg.
Easton Culp fired a complete-game shutout in Game 1 on Sunday. He allowed just four hits and struck out four Clark batters.
Four UCC pitchers combined to allow just two-hits in the nightcap. Nathan Van Beek started and struck out seven as he picked up his sixth win.
The Riverhawks are closing in on a berth in the postseason. UCC finishes the regular season with a four game series against Clackamas starting with a doubleheader on Thursday.
