Sutherlin Police jailed a woman following an alleged disturbance Friday afternoon.
Information from SPD said shortly after 3:00 p.m. 41-year old Mindy Watson called 911 to make a report, then trespassed at a neighbor’s house in the 100 block of Frontier Court. Watson allegedly made repeated calls to 911 even after officers were contacting her in-person.
The report said the suspect resisted arrest by allegedly fighting with three officers over a five-minute period while they were trying to get her into a patrol vehicle. Watson was taken to jail where it took four deputies to get her out of the vehicle and into the jail.
The woman was charged with resisting arrest, harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct, initiating a false report, attempt to commit a Class C Felony, and for improper use of 911. Watson was detained without bail.
