Roseburg Police cited a juvenile for being a minor in possession of marijuana on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. the 15-year old male was allegedly found with a marijuana vape pen after coming out of a school bathroom, reeking of marijuana. The incident took place at Roseburg High School in the 400 block of West Harvard Avenue.
The juvenile admitted to using the marijuana vape pen in the bathroom. He was released after being cited.
