A Roseburg man was cited by Roseburg Police for a prohibited burn incident Tuesday night.
An RPD report said just before 11:50 p.m. officers contacted the 49-year old regarding an open fire near the Rowe Street bridge in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Avenue. The man had been warned numerous times regarding the city ordinance. He was given a citation for prohibited burn and then was released.
