Roseburg Police jailed a man for reported disorderly conduct early Sunday.

An RPD report said the 54-year old had been warned at least ten times in the past five months and cited three times in the part month for violating the noise ordinance after allegedly playing extremely loud music directly at his neighbor’s residence. The report said in one instance, the music was clearly audible from over seven hundred feet away.

The suspect was also previously warned for disorderly conduct for this behavior. This time he was allegedly very intoxicated, and playing lout music again. The man was arrested for second-degree disorderly conduct and for violation of a release agreement. He was detained on $7,500 bail and was released later in the day.
