A Roseburg man was jailed by Roseburg Police for reported disorderly conduct on Monday,
An RPD report said just before 3:00 p.m. workers from an organization in the 400 block of Northeast Jerry’s Drive said a man was causing a scene. The suspect was allegedly yelling, screaming and acting aggressive towards people.
An officer contacted the 35-year old outside the building. The report said the suspect was clearly under the influence and could not follow instructions. He was unable to communicate with officers. Three workers on the scene stated the man’s behavior was concerning and alarming due to the yelling.
He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
